Living in Leamington gives us access to a beautiful town but within minutes to beautiful countryside. From home we can walk through the fields from Bamburgh Grove all the way to Saxon Mill , good for us physically and mentally.
The housing plan can be met without building on green belt. This area is not a sustainable location and would promote car use. The farmland is high quality agricultural land and makes a strong contribution to sustainability and to the security of our food supply - something that was a huge worry during the pandemic.
