Shipston's infrastructure, in the broadest sense, is already stretched.
The GP practice serves patients in Shipston and surrounding villages. An I flux of more patients will be to the detriment of primary health locally.
Even considering development of land that's recognized as at risk of flooding is, at the very least, short-sighted. More problems will be created than are solved.
My objection to the sites under consideration is not "nimbyism" but is based on common sense. Further development in Shipston is unsustainable.
