I am against this because:
Inadequate road infrastructure causing super traffic jams in the surrounding towns and villages, from the thousands of extra vehicles per day;
The area is at high risk of flooding already and is a problem in many of the local villages. Aston Cantlow would be stranded many times a year;
Local train stations are not able to support the higher levels of use and would be very costly to upgrade. Currently no access for disabled users, no parking and listed bridges that cannot be modified;
Permanent loss of protected trees, woodland, hedges, meadows and greenbelt
