The road infrastructure is inadequate to take thousands of extra cars all using the nearby villages as ratruns. The traffic in and around Stratford is already a major issue. Stratford is a huge tourist attraction and another huge sprawling unattractive housing development around historic Wilmcote will remove some of the very reasons people come to visit. Flooding is already an issue after heavy rain with flooded ditches in Aston Cantlow, roads in Wilmcote and the Birmingham road flooded. There will be permanent loss of wildlife habitat and greenbelt land. No disabled access or parking at nearby stations. Completely unsuitable.
