This Site BW is merely included due to the keenness of unscrupilous landowners to cash in. This should not unduly influence planners/councillors decision making. Any objective view would disregard this option. This is a ribbon development not in any sense a New Settlement. It inappropriately erodes green belt, contrary to national & local government policy.

Land at BW floods regularly and sewerage treatment is a major concern - increased river pollution will result.

The A3400 is a minor A road already over capacity and cannot be widened (as the A46 has been). Other options are clearly superior to BW.
