Sacrificing large scale green belt will have a huge environmental impact on natural habitats and increased air pollution due to the increase in vehicles.
The Birmingham Road is already very busy and lorries frequently use it as a corridor to link to the M6. Any issues on the M40 bring excessive traffic along this route and queues into Warwick develop.
We already have industrial sites in Warwick ( Saltisford, Wedgnock and Tournament Fields as examples) Dangerous queues already form frequently on the slip road from the A46 to the A4177 , which will worsen if the proposed site goes ahead.
