My objections relate to the Clopton Quarter: We have already heavily developed on this area, Green Belt land, which should remain an open 'green space' If this proposed area was also developed, in addition to the new build houses already built, we would be getting dangerously close to the Welcombe Hills, Turning it into more of a 'city park' than the beautiful, natural site it is today. It would increase the boundary of Stratford upon Avon, which has already seen more than it's fair share of 'growth' of new houses, compared to anywhere else in the UK!
