I think you need to re-read your own Strategic Objectives; you CANNOT protect the green belt whilst building sprawling housing estates on it. Removing towns and villages from the green belt is akin to the Texas Sharp Shooter fallacy. It is dangerous and smacks of changing the landscape to suit your own objectives. Remember: when the green belt is gone, it is gone forever. Please also revisit the five purposes of green belt land, especially the first which is to avoid the unrestricted sprawl of large built-up areas...and yet you are proposing to build large built-up areas!
