As a Hatton resident, I strongly disagree with this proposal for the following reasons:-
Loss of countryside and valuable farming land. This is valuable green belt land and wildlife habitats will be destroyed.
Pressure on roads already at near full capacity-longbridge, stanks, A46, Warwick gridlock issues
Additional pollution
insufficient services to cater for additional population-schools, doctors and hospitals
Can the required improvements to roads, services and the station be delivered and affordable?
A population increase of 18000 would destroy our rural location, the canal and locks are currently a beautiful tourist attraction to visit.
