The proposed development at Bearley and Wilmcote is an unnecessary development of Green Belt Land and would cause significant damage to wildlife habitats and biodiversity generally. As a resident of Snitterfield I am extremely concerned about a potential significant increase in traffic using the A3400 and passing through the village to access the new development with the existing roads in the village already being unsuitable for the current level of traffic. My other major concern relates to our local infrastructure especially our schools and GP Surgeries which would be totally unable to support such a large increase in the population
