The proposed home building in Wilmcote and Bearley will radically change these village communities in a greenbelt area while corrupting quaint and quintessentially English countryside - compounded by its historical link to Shakespeare through the Mary Arden - in exchange for de facto suburbs of Stratford by combining the aforementioned villages and Pathlow into an urban sprawl. This would degrade future UNESCO potential for any Shakespeare properties, and in turn impact future potential for growth in the visitor economy for the SWLP. This alone should be enough to reject this proposal outright not to mention major infrastructure concerns.
