Shipston has already expanded by 1/3 since 2018/19. Town centre, traffic, roads, schools are already beyond capacity. Major Sewage issues already due to previous expansion. Poor transport links here so driving is essential putting more cars on roads. Remote rural market town lacks facilities, amenities to cope. Character of town already changed by major development negatively. Roads left unsurfaced, parks not finished on 5-6 year old estates so this will continue. Sites not appropriate for build. Major ground works needed for developers due to clay hills with poor drainage, prone to flooding. Recycling centre would be lost. Etc etc
