Development of this green belt would deprive residents in the Warwick and surrounding area of the access to the countryside and nature, as well as resulting in both Biodiversity and Environmental damage. Infrastructure and sustainability make this site unsuitable for the proposed development. The junction at Stanks Hill/Roundabout is already at capacity, possible development would increase traffic volumes and congestion.
