I agree that there is a need to provide additional housing in South Warwickshire. Consideration should be given to the costs of providing infrastructure / services in the assessment of sites for the new local plan.
The land at Hatton new settlement proposal would not in my opinion be as cost effective to provide the houses required as other sites in the South Warwickshire area.
I strongly object to the inclusion of a new community at Hatton in the new South Warwickshire Local Plan.
