I do not feel the land in question is suitable for development. Variety of reasons but mainly the roads. How are the roads going to cope? They can't cope already. The traffic infrastructure is an issue. Henley and Stratford are at capacity and just travelling a few minutes from Wilmcote into these towns already is so busy and often we are queued.
Also it's a green belt piece of land and once it's gone it's gone.
Also the station would need massive improvements such as disabled access and parking. You would also need to purchase The Station Building?
