In summary, my strong objections to the designation of "land at Hatton" as "more suitable" for inclusion within the SWLP:
1/ "Land at Hatton" is Green Belt land, and should therefore be protected from such a massive development, hundreds of acres of agricultural land, a natural habitat for wildlife, and vital for the physical and mental well-being of countless people.
2/ The infrastructure simply cannot support such a huge influx and would be too costly for developers
3/ Rural road and rail facilities are woefully inadequate to support a new settlement of this type, potentially incurring prohibitive costs to upgrade.
