The area within Leek Wootton & Guy's Cliffe Parish is Green Belt land, good agricultural land and extending Kenilworth into the buffer zone keeping Leek Wootton a separate village community away from adjacent conurbations. There is also sufficient grey land to meet the housing targets without developing on the green belt.
