This site is not suitable for development for the following reasons:
It is located within the Green Belt, development would harm the natural environment
Flooding in recent years has become increasingly worse. The engorged river reaches the boundary several times a year and sometimes also floods part of the proposed site. Building on the land will further increase the flooding risk for the area and put any new development in harms way
The site is served by a small country road (and old bridge towards Kenilworth Rd). Construction traffic/future traffic from a development would be overwhelming
