The development is within the Green Belt and will lead to irreversible habitat loss, and environmental damage, and inevitable sprawl from this point westwards.

The site is situated next to A46 junction with Birmingham road which is already busy. The increased traffic along Birmingham road will increase air and noise pollution impacting local residence. While positive that there is local station (Warwick Parkway), its still likely to lead to increased traffic (i.e. sites with large car parks etc).

Other areas (brownfield) should be used as per the strategy, or radical approach to development which can somehow increase in biodiveristy.
