This is within Green Belt land and will lead to permanent damage to the environement and biodiversity which is in dramatic decline already.

The development with worsen already busy traffic in the area increasing noise and air pollution to the detriment of local population.

The only positive is the proximity to Warwick Parkway Station, however there is no indication that such development will activley discourage road use or physically limit it.
