This is within Green Belt land and will lead to permanent damage to the environment and biodiversity which is in dramatic decline already.

The development will worsen already busy traffic in the area increasing noise and air pollution to the detriment of local population. There is no appropriate road or public transport infrastructure in the area or any genuine consideration to how this will be improved.
