No, I do not agree.
It would become a new town divided by the dangerous A3400 putting lives at risk. It is unnecessary development on Green Belt land. Other proposed sites are not on Green Belt. Use them. Bearley railway station is a 'halt stop' single line and not suitable for the additional usage, and there is no car park. If it goes ahead it will become urban sprawl as only 800 metres (grey belt area) between it and the town of Stratford. Bearley Bushes is an SSSI and as such should not be impacted by the proposed BW development.
