I attach a transport technical report as evidence of the cumulative impact of traffic on he A429 and M40/J15 if this site is included in the SWLP.
Also SWLP Officers should consult with the WCC LLFA about this site. The considerable flooding issues are well known to the EA and WCC officers. Culverting is strictly not encouraged under their policies.
