I would like to formally object.

As a Hatton Park residence since 2002 I have seen a huge increase in traffic over the years which has further increased with the new estate recently built by [Redacted - Developer's name].

There has been no increase in essential infrastructure to cope with the increase in population, such as roads, GP practices, schools etc.

The area simply cannot cope without a huge road redevelopment that would be needed to accommodate a development of the size proposed.

The havoc that was caused by the recent [Redacted - Developer's name] development of just 120 house is evidence of that.
