Undermines purpose of green belt to stop merging of villages. Gap would be reduced between Leek Wootton, Beausale, Warwick and Kenilworth with Kenilworth boundary extending into countryside.
In accordance with NPPF there’s no exceptional circumstances to justify removal of green belt which should remain protected.
Historical inadequate foul drainage problems. Rouncil Lane abattoir associated.
Cyclists safety seriously compromised by increased traffic Rouncil Lane , Rounds Hill being part of National Cycle Route 52.
Existing schools oversubscribed,. Not 20 -minute neighbourhood, no GP, train/bus, secondary school.
Sites should not be influenced by Developers preferences for cheapness and ease.
