if this site is allowed to proceed Cubbington will lose it's identity as a separate village. This was one of the key purposes linked with the green belt and as such it should be protected.
There isn't a way to access SG5 as a site - the junction at Rugby road and windmill hill is already busy/congested and at times dangerous (we have witnessed accidents here) Access from Buckley road will lead to even more congestion at the junction with Gresham avenue and overwhelm the current calming measures on Leicester street. Accessing it from Parklands will overwhelm junctions nearby
