No supermarkets in N.Leamington. only 4 road bridges across the River Leam, 5 railway bridges and 5 over the Grand union canal. And only 1 road bridge across the river avon to get to Warwick. Majority of employment is in south or central Leamington. Facilities are in South Leamington (retail parks/shopping etc). These constraints mean town only has certain capacity for North/south traffic which is already exceeded with gridlock (take recent road works and impact this then had in traffic from North to South). There is already an issue - building more houses will make this far worse/impossible.
