This site is constantly affected by very poor surface water drainage. Known locally as the 'swamp' it has been rejected for inclusion in local plans historically.
The access through Church Lane is very narrow and undulating with little scope for widening.
This site is also in the identified quarry noise receptor area - technical report attached.
The site will also be detrimentally affected by the cumulative traffic impact of the A429 and M40/J15 - technical report attached.
