Further Incursion into Greenbelt land
Increased development in this area will not only result in the loss of productive agricultural land and its associated Landscape Character it is against policy when other locations are proposed .
The proposed site is the northern gateway to Warwick.
The A4177 and A46 are already heavily congested at peak times and cause gridlock in Warwick
M40 J15 is also operating at close to capacity.
