The proposed site is green belt and there are other sites which are not in the green belt which should be prioritised.
The urban sprawl and density of housing would completely join Lillington to Cubbington village.
The land provides a valuable agricultural land and open space for amenity with a number of footpaths.
The existing drainage systems within Cubbington are recognised by Severn Trent as being antiquated and at capacity so the risk of flooding will clearly be elevated with such a huge sprawl of housing.
Schools within the village are at capacity.
Lack of GP surgeries to cope.
