Hatton Railway Station totally unsuitable for this proposed development. Railway at capacity, platforms too short, no disabled facilities , access poor.
A4177 already congested at peak times ,it has adjacent local, narrow country roads, non - existent footpaths.
Loss of Green Belt, need to be growing food not building houses that arguably the local area does not require,
Loss of hedgerows, trees,wildlife habitats, not good for mental health and well being.
