I believe that any new development in this area will further overload the current overloaded highways infrastructure. There are already major traffic problems in the area and if the new Site B1 Hatton development goes ahead, this will make matters much worse. Substantial investment will be needed to widen the A4177 Birmingham Road and the A46 and M40 junctions.
