X2 should be discounted as it fails on sustainability, deliverability and infrastructure grounds. This area does not have sufficient infrastructure or traffic provision and it is currently under multiple ownership. It would have a detrimental impact on nature and would effectively create urban sprawl in the place of prime agricultural land. The village of Bishop's Tachbrook is already under siege from an excessive share of local development and this would destroy its distinct identity. Disproportionate development has already been put in this area south of Leamington and it is therefore NOT the place for a new settlement in any way.
