I believe this site is a lot more suitable than any other options present for the following reasons:
The site is a lot closer to main railway lines, and stations that can support the increase in patrons using the railway system.
The site has easy access to the M40/M42 road systems which are capable of supporting the increase in traffic in the area.
The site has numerous local amenities available already, as well as supermarkets, shops, gyms, restaurants etc.
The site has various primary and secondary schools available already, which are large schools, on large grounds, that can support more children without the need to build as many schools.
The site has other hospitals close to it that are not as busy as the ones in Coventry/Birmingham etc.
The current road systems have already been modified and upgraded for the existing new build developments, and it would be cheaper an easier to utilise these.
