1. Train station will become busy. No parking.
2. Destroying countryside and wildlife
3. Infrastructure, roads are busy at the moment, even more so with more housing.
4. Not enough schools, dr surgeries and hospitals to cope with more people in the area.
5. Listed buildings and conservation areas will be impacted.
