Please develop cycle lanes which are protected from traffic. Either using raised kerbs between the bike and cars, or using bollards such as are used in Bristol - they're plastic and can easily be replaced if struck by a vehicle.
Ban parking in cycle lanes. A cycle lane with a car in it, isn't a cycle lane.
