Inadequate road infrastructure for existing traffic volumes in/out of Warwick and Leamington.
Inadequate sewage disposal facilities with poor water quality in River Avon.
Solve these problems first! Then:
Loss of agricultural land at a time when food security might become important.
Emphasis on number of houses with no concern for any other consideration. No attempt to build communities or promote social cohesion.
Fundamentally change the character of what is currently a rural area.
