Local infrastructure does not have the capacity to increase the population in this area:

Schools are oversubscribed with waiting lists in Studley and parking is already at capacity
Only 1 GP surgery
No NHS dentist
No Post Office
No Banks
Traffic already queues at the Slough roundabout on the A448, the small roundabout could not cope with more traffic
The land should be used for much needed agriculture
The A435 traffic already produces high levels of air pollution, introducing another few thousand vehicles to the A448 would overwhelm the local population with air pollution, causing health issues.
