Infrastructure issues - one way system, bridges and narrow roads - congestion will increase.
Inadequate bus service to get to Banbury, SoA or Leam' - cars will be used .. more congestion etc
Increasing the flood risk further especially as some sites are on flood zones.
Removing the tip, with an increase in people will result in fly tipping.
Health and other essential services are already inadequate for the community.
Schools are over-subscribed and no 6th form.
Further exacerbation of the inadequate leisure centre/exercise opportunities with increased population. We already lack enough green space and this will decrease further.
