I believe this proposed development should not be built on green belt land. Farm land and green spaces will be destroyed, along with wildlife habitats. The new homes will exacerbate flooding risks already present in this area. The A3400 and adjoining trunk roads cannot cope with any further development. The probable extra 10,000 vehicles will only increase air and noise pollution. The local infrastructure including doctors surgeries, dentists and schools will not support a 2,000% increase in the population. There will be a detrimental impact on all local villages due to the density and over development of this proposal.
