The visual impact of this proposed development would change the character of the village of Bearley forever. It is out of proportion and will have massive detrimental effect on green spaces and wildlife. The local road network will struggle to cope with the extra 10,000 vehicles and air and noise pollution will become a significant concern. The demand for doctors surgeries, dentists, schools etc., will not be able to met and this will impact on all local villages.
