I do not agree with this proposed strategic growth location as it will be doubling if not tripling the population of Studley's population and therefore over crowding the area. There is not enough amenities, schools, doctors, shops, hospitals etc to cater for this amount of growth. To build over 1000 properties in this area will not only be crowded and tight, it will make the roads constantly congested. The roads are already busy as this is between and main access to Astwood Bank, Studley , Sambourne and Coughton.
