The building of new homes in this area is unsustainable based on the facilities available. Local services are already at capacity, in particular emergency services. The local hospital, Redditch, has recently had its maternity ward taken away. 1,000 homes cannot be built with no maternity ward nearby. Using Warwick or Worcester will be unsustainable. Local schools could not support an influx of new children. The local roads and infrastructure cannot support this volume. Finally, this is green belt land.
