SW22 is green belt land that separates the hamlet of Middletown and Studley. The size of the development means that Middletown and Sambourne will lose their identity. This land is good agricultural land.
The lanes are narrow and will not accommodate the amount of traffic generated and the crossroads of Middletown lane and the Slough will be a death trap. The junctions at either end of the 448 are often congested.
Local schools are full as is the doctors surgery.
Run off from the hill already cause flooding and this will be much worse once the land is built on.
