The proposed idea for huge housing developments are simply not thought through and a knee jerk reaction to government quotas.
We have already seen huge amount of houses built in the last 3 years within this area. The environmental damage, the congestion, the pollution, the extra population within the area, will result in huge problems. Traffic congestion is already horrendous. Schools will be overrun, doctors surgeries and hospitals overrun, traffic chaos, a destroyed countryside. I do question whether some of the decision makers stand to make a lot of money from the land being sold off.
