The proposed settlement would eradicate the existing villages. There are many places within Stratford that have already been built that are essentially characterless lego towns that have no character, soul or sense of community. Infrastructure would need to be put in first so a community could grow around it rather than trying to create something after. The site is too close to Stratford itself. It would just be one big urban sprawl. Getting in or out of Stratford is already difficult enough and people already choose to avoid doing so if they can.
