Thought Warwickshire council had a policy of keeping built up areas Urban areas separate from rural areas and developing the B1 site would be in breach of this policy ? This Hatton area of Warwick deep with historical importance and this would be lost with the development of the B1 site.

The infrastructure is not there for the proposed 8000 houses as if this development went ahead then this increase the population in this area by approx 18k of people and would add in excess of 10,000 additional cars and this would break the already insufficient road network
