This would be a better option for develop as it would provide a more environment better option as this site is closure to the M40 and with a proposed new motorway junction would mean easier access for traffic to get to the development and prevent all the additional traffic in the historical town of Warwick

This area would could also provide the necessary infrastructure and necessary support facilities as it has been previously muted that this area could provide a new hospital facility that is much needed due to the failing and crumbling existing Warwick hospital facility.
