SG06 is not a sustainable location for additional development, it's location is over 30 minute walk to Leamington train station and over 20 minutes walk into the centre of Leamington Town. This promotes the use of cars in a present infrastructure which cannot cope with the volume of traffic. It consistently takes over 30 minutes to reach the Shire's retail park south of Leamington Town Centre from the SG06 location due to traffic volumes. This is not a sustainable location in a town which traffic volumes and pollution levels are already a real problem.
