Removal of agricultural land. Area already prone to flooding due to clay soil, removal of fields will make it worse. Increased pressure on infrastructure already at its limit so upgrades to water treatment and electricity supply needed. Added pressure on Burton Dasset Country Park. Placement of that many homes in the proximity of MD Kineton. Lack of supermarkets (nearest is 8miles away), doctors, school places means the day to day needs within the settlement are not met which will mean an inevitable increase as a through route to traffic on the B4100 (Banbury Road) which already has traffic calming.
